Ultimate self-care – learning a skill that you can apply in all areas of your life

In a lesson, you will be guided on how to carry yourself well and move in a way that changes old habits. After a few lessons, you will sense increasing flexibility, improved balance and ease in all your activities.

What to wear: Loose comfortable clothing is best. You will only be asked to remove your shoes.

Cost: £40 for a half hour lesson, or a course of 10 lessons for £350

The number of lessons required can be discussed with Millie and depends on your particular needs and goals.
